Do I need any kind of fitting, screws, etc., installing this SLI Bridge with my two Geforce 670 GPUs, or is everything I need included?

No sir, you do not need anything it is just a flex cable you just push the ends to the gold fingers on your 660's

Does it matter if my graphics card is a different brand?

well if your using Radeon instead of Nvidia i probably wouldnt use it because there is a difference between SLI and Crossfire connection. What card do you have?

no it is only for nvidia graphics cards to use in SLI. Look for a crossfire bridge

Will this work for 5 slot spacing? First card in slot 1 and second in slot 5.

I recently purchased an EVGA SLI bridge for my 1st PC build.  I have an msi logic board and two GeForce 660Ti's  in SLI configuration.  I don't have enough experience to answer your question; I can recommend alternate sources - the motherboard's tech support and the video card tech support from the company that manufactured each respective part.  You might also try posting your question in the appropriate forum(s) on toms hardware.  There are forums specific for each respective computer component.

The forums on tom's hardware are great and the tech support for the motherboard and video cards were easy to contact & get information.  I had problems getting the SLI enabled in my rig.  A tom's hardware forum member figured out why my SLI was not working - A sound card in the last PCIe slot was confusing my PC.  Immediately after uninstalling the sound card, SLI was enabled.  Good luck with your project.
