Will this card work in a Dell Dimension 8200 Desktop Computer?

from the pictures I've seen of your model number if you have at least one PCI slots free it will work. Windows XP also did not require drivers to be installed for the function so that might make it even easier for you

I have a Dell Inspiron 531 desktop computer running Windows Vista and an AMD 64bit processor. There is what looks like a 32bit PCI slot available. Will this product work on this computer?

Pci slots are pci slots, as long as you have a pci slot open for the card all is good.

Will this fit in to a small form factor PC?

No. SFF too narrow for a 4 port USB. Will need 2 port instead.

Does this not require extra power from PSU?

NO, but be sure you have the right slot on your motherboard.
