Will this fit in my Inspirion 537S?

If your system has a standard length/height PCI (not PCIe!) slot, it should work fine. Will not work with "low-profile" slots, to my knowledge. As long as you're running Windows XP or later, you should be fine, driver-wise, too.

will it work with Windows 7 ?

Yes - it comes with Windows 7 drivers. We installed it in a new Server 2012 box that needed an LPT for a software key and it worked fine there as well.

Is this a Low Profile card that will fit a SFF computer, and is it compatible with Win7?

As you can see, the card, itself, is low profile, but the metal bracket makes it taller, If you can remove the bracket and attach the serial port to a separate low profile bracket (or 9-pin port opening), you should be fine.

Will this product (Rosewill Single Serial Port PCI Card Model RC-300) work with Windows 7?

Works great with Win 7 Pro. the 3.0 speed beats the 2.0 for speed. Had tbl. with 2.0 not working, no tbl. at all with 3.0. I use it with my printers and scanners. Printers work faster as well as the scanners.
