I need a parallel port that is assigned to IRQ 7. Can the IRQ Port # be assigned to the parallel port on this card?

It comes with what you see in the picture, along with three low profile brackets and the driver disc. Windows 7 and 8 (x64) install it without needing the disc.

I need to drive a CNC table. My computer is a Dell XPS 400 running Windows XP. I checked and this card will physically fit in my computer. Does anybody see any reason this product will not work for me?
