Will this card go into a PCIe3 x8, x16, or x4 slot?

Yes to all unless the slot itself is not electrically PCIe x4 or higher. There's a few motherboards that have PCIe "16x" slots that are actually x8 or x4 sometimes so refer to your motherboard manual to verify.
