Yes MB is included. We have had the system running for about a month and no problems.

need one cpu and 42 gb of ram what are the part number for the ram and cpu? also do I need any additional cable to install with 8 hard drives?

My setup: CPU BX80621E52620 (x1), RAM AS38G1601R24SU (x6 = 48gb RAM). Having just one processor allows 8 slots to be used which with this RAM can provide 64gb. As for the harddrives: the motherboard only has 6 sata ports, 2 6gb/s and 4 3gb/s. To fully utilize the 8 hot-swappable drive bays one will have to connect a RAID card. I have a RocketRAID 2720SGL allowing the full 8 HDDs to be connected. To utilize the SATA connectors on the mobo one will need longer SATA cables as the ones provided were only long enough to connect to the main HDD board. Hopes this helps.
