Question 1

Do these adjust to accommodate different length server racks? They're listed as 26-inch, but most rails have a max/min length, but fit every few inches in-between. Is 26-inch the maximum, minimum, or only length?

The 26" measurement refers to the rails specifically. The four shorter segments attach to the rack, and the rails attach to those segments, so the whole system can accommodate a wide range of server rack depths.

Question 2

These say they are 26" rails.  Is that the extended length?  Are these made for a standard 19" rack?

Yes. These are made for a standard 19" wide rack. A four post rack is 26" deep. The rails extend beyond 26", not sure exactly how far, but enough for a rackmount server to come all the way out.

Will this work on a Rosewill RSV-R4000 case?

Rosewill slides do work with the rsv-4000. Instructions still seem to be lacking, but not Rosewills fault since slides are supposed to be universal and supposed to work with anything. For my setup, the slides went inside and between the posts, not between the rack posts and case like the instructions suggest. I had to use a combination of screws that came with the slides and screws that came with my rack to get everything bundled up. Packaging for the slides are extremely robust and while seem high quality,  they don't slide as easy as I thought they would.
