I don't know the weight or dimensions of your server but as long as it fits in the range below you should be fine. It isn't so much the height as the depth that should be your concern here. Make sure your rack fits within the parameters too.

This is a universal kit so as long as their are screw holes on the case to screw the rail into then yes. The rail part you screw onto the rack is more of a pain because you use a nut and bolt to hold the two piece rails together and you have to size it just right and then tighten it. There is a reason it's so cheap but it does work.
