I have 3 monitors. Computer A (my dedicated work computer) can only use 2 monitors and Comuter B (my personal computer) can use all 3. Will this switch enable me to toggle between 3 monitors on one computer and just 2 on the other computer using the same keyboard and mouse?

No. It only allows you to toggle a single monitor. I have 3 monitors and my main monitor switches when I press the switch, but the other two I have to use different ports on those monitors (including vga unfortunately) and switch them manually. Beware of the emulated usb keyboard and mouse ports. For me they screw up all the time. Mouse and kbd work great plugged into the other two ports, but you also lose 2 ports because of that. One last thing, this is personally verified working with Windows 10 and OSX.
