I have a Minolta DimageZ1 camera. Can I use this memory card? I currently use Kingston SD/2GB but it does not indicate SDHC.

My internet research indicates that this card won't work with your camera. I went to the manufacturer's website, along with a couple of others. (I wanted to include those links in my response but Newegg won't let me, probably for security reasons). I think a 2GB SD card is the largest you can use in that camera - but on the bright side, the card you already have will hold over 1500 pictures at the highest resolution.

Has this been tried in a Raspberry Pi model B?

Yeah, I've got it running Rasbian Wheezy with no problem
