I would definitely get memory that matches the current frequency of 1333 MHz and not this. I have a mid 2012, so a different configuration. You can do it if you have the proper screwdriver to remove the bottom to access the memory. It's quite simple and I'm sure there are tutorials online.

You can find more information about the max RAM and type at the Mac Mini page of Wikipedia under the specifications section of the Unibody style. It looks like you probably have the mid-2010 model.

It looks like the max is 8GB. You may want to find the proper speed, 1066 instead of 1600.

No. This memory doesn't meet the spec for your computer. I like to use crucial-dot-com ; they have a nice webpage that will help you determine what you need. Take careful note of the spec'd memory and shop around for memory that meets those exact specs.

Unfortunatelly, no. I had lots of crashes and inability to even boot up, and I tried two different module sets. In the end, I ordered a more expensive, certified modules from Other World Computing, and now I am running 16GB.

Are these compatible with my early 2011 Macbook Pro? Right now it has 2x 2GB memory, and I wish to upgrade it. It says that each of which accepts a 1333 MHz DDR3 memory module. Since the Crucial RAM has 1600 MHz DDR3 memory, is it going to be compatible? I wish to run my Mac smoothly right after the upgrade.

No the 1600mhz ram will not work in your 2011 macbook pro. You would have to get the 1333mhz ram.
