Question 1

The description for this product fails to answer how it works. Does it automatically transfer the files to a user specified folder or does it just transfer files to a default folder requiring manual user commands. I want it to automatically move files to a user specified Dropbox folder on my iPhone.   Will it do that?

When the card powers on, it creates wi-fi network that you connect to with any wi-fi enabled device, like the iPhone.  You only have a few minutes to connect to it before the wi-fi turns off again to save power, but it stays up once connected.  The card hosts a website which you'll need to open in a web browser on your wi-fi enabled device.  The website lets you configure the FlashAir settings and download content from the card.  It is a manual process, pretty much like downloading files from any other website.  I haven't found a built in way to automate the file transfer.

Question 2

Can the card transfer more than just Jpeg files? For example, can it transfer RAW photo files, video and audio files too?

Any file that agrees with its FAT32 formatting can be transferred.

I bought this to learn about it:
Please be forewarned that it displaces any WiFi router. The newer versions permit a card to pass through to a real WiFi router, but this will will only permit your PC or cellphone to see the files stored on the card. Thus, if you have it inserted into a camera and wish to transfer files to a laptop, the laptop will not be able to connect to the internet wirelessly.

If I put this in a digital picture frame, can I wirelessly add or remove pictures on it from my computer via my wireless network?

Haven't tried it in a camera or picture frame, but I was only able to copy pictures from the card, not add them.

Question 4

This card work fine with Android cell phone and I have tried it but I was not able to download or upload from my card [ when card inserted in the camera] any photo or video. Is anyone has idea about how to use this card to laptop or computer ? EYE FI card is superior to this card which allow you to upload or download photo to Android phone I phone and laptop. To install flashair.exe we need laptop but it does not allow to transfer photo from laptop to Toshiba air card.

Your wireless device must see the SDcard as a wireless router, which means that you cannot be connected to a real router.
 
You have to buy the newer, bigger memory sized cards to connect to a network and the card to have simultaneous communications.
