Will this fit in my Olympus TG-620 camera?

Do not know the TG-620 camera, but you need to make sure your camera uses SD memory cards, what the maximum capacity card your camera will support, and if there are any write/read speed requirements . This SD card is rated Class 10, which means it has a very fast speed capability. I've had many devices and many different makers of cartds, and the only limitation has been how big a memory card size the device was designed to accomodate. Good Luck...

By "eye-fi" do you mean does it have built-in Wifi capability for transferring data? I don't think so. Maybe someone else has the precise answer.
