why i m adata c906 can't be installed on my notebook? i use windows 7.

Perhaps you are missing the Windows 7 drivers for USB drives? You may have to re-install Windows on your notebook, or you could visit Microsoft's site and download (and install) the drivers they have there for USB devices.
