There appears to be a Intel and AMD version of this memory. Is there any issue using this on an AMD mother board?

I have had no issues running this on my GIGABYTE B650M GAMING PLUS WIFI AM5, even though it says that it is XMP memory.  I got it as a freebie combo with the MB, so I figured I wasn't out anything if it did not work.  Happy to say that I'm Happy

I saw that Newegg is giving away RAM with the purchase of an X870 motherboard. However, the pictures show that the RAM uses an XMP profile.
Do you know if an EXPO version will be shipped instead?

I bought Corsair memory CMH32GX5M2D6000C36 at the end of 2023. Newegg is out of stock of that those but these are nearly identical. These are 0.05 higher in voltage and the timing is different. I know very little about PC hardware. Will these work with my older RAM modules?

They can probably be made to work if you were comfortable with the technical aspects required. Given your statement about knowning "very little about PC hardware", I would not recommend them.  You would be better served by acquiring a matched set at the size and speed recommended by your motherboard. See if the MB manf. has a QVL (Qualified Vendor List) on their website (the QVL is MB specific, so first find your MB on the website). The QVL will give you the tested manufacturer and part numbers.

Why is Newegg paring Intel Ram as a gift with an AMD mother board?

It looks like the board shipping with the combo I see (Gigabyte B650E Aorus Elite) also supports Intel XMP memory.

Newegg is selling this as part of an AMD AM5 motherboard combo, does this RAM support AMD Expo?

I have this "Intel" memory running on an AMD motherboard with no issues. The literature with the memory was actually generic and used XMP and EXPO together.  I would say the memory is really agnostic about it and as long as your CPU can hit the timing specs, how is it to know?
