msi 7721 motherboard do you think it will support this stick??

I wanna try it because MY CPU FAN IS SUPER GLUED AND OVER SIZED ONTO MY MOTHERBOARD!

Is that the right model number?  I tried Google, and came up with MS-7721, but Crucial does not list that model number or yours under MSI.

This memory is server memory, your motherboard needs to support Registered, ECC ram for this memory to work.  I bought it for a Xeon, most desktop processors do not support registered ram, so if your computer is a desktop class system, it will not work.

My best suggestion is to find the Hardware Compatibility List on the manufacturer's site, and look through the 16 GB modules it supports.  MSI should have a pretty good idea of what memory will work with the motherboard.  Also, 16 GB modules are new enough that they don't all work with every motherboard.

Is it a single stick of RAM, 2 sticks of 8, or 4 sticks of 4? I can only use 2 in my system.

It's a single stick. You should ensure that your motherboard can support a 16gb stick.

Please, I would like to know if this individual module is exactly the model announced KVR16R11D4/16  ? Also it comes sealed from the Factory.

Short answer is yes.  Package is factory sealed.  FYI some mother boards require identical minimal set of 4 or 8 sticks to achieve full dual rank activation (1600 speed o/w may be 800 down to 146 depending on Mother Board and BIOS).   Buy the minimum memory sticks needed by your mother board to achieve dual rank as a single purchase to ensure CAS and RANK matches.
