Yes. You can use the FN+backspace key to print screen. Not sure if this works without the Logitech Options software installed, but is definitely a feature.

When you refurbish the unit, do you install a brand new battery in the unit?

I can't answer this, as I don't refurbish the units, but can leave you my experience with this purchase. I ordered my refurbished keyboard back in early June, after the initial charge, it is still above 60% currently. I use it daily, and rarely remember to even turn it off (must have good power saving features). The battery life seems to be very good. You can buy replacement batteries online for $10, so even if there was a problem, this is still a great deal. My keyboard had one tiny scratch on top of it, but is barely noticeable. Overall, if I was to choose to buy this again or not to, I would buy it again. It knocks the socks off of any other HTPC keyboard I have tried, and my friends and family that have used it at my home agree that it is the best option I have tested. Hope this helps!

Does anyone know if this is a full size keyboard? I got used to the Apple Keyboard and I have a Logitech K400+, but its way to small for everyday use.

That depends on your definition of fullsize keyboard. The most common traditional keyboards; (fullsize keyboards) come with arrow keys, number pads, function keys, and the other keys you are used to seeing on standard keyboards. Based on the number of keys on the board, they are sometimes referred to as 104, 108, or 104+4 keyboards. (Full-size keyboards with 10-Key number pads). This Logitech Wireless Keyboard K830 is a Keyboard + 2-button Touchpad. It has 79 keys + 3 volume control keys. The default behavior is of the Fn key is inactive, i.e, pressing the function keys activates the shortcut multimedia, Windows op, and the corresponding function key behavior. The other keys are in the expected areas. And yes, it is a great keyboard either way.
