is this really compatible with surface pro 2?

This pen is compatible with Surface Pro 2, and worked great with two buttons to change the brush size in Photoshop & Clip Studio.

Does this two pack come with all the nibs etc that a t5000 normally does?

It comes with 2 replacement nibs as I remember. I promptly lost them though! I suggest putting them someplace secure quickly.
