Question 1

Does this require any software to work correctly (macros, enhanced functions, etc.)?  Or it is truly Plug and Play on any system?

From my experience, it works great as a plug and play keyboard. The lights and media keys work without any special software. I have not had a chance to try the switcher where the WASD keys can be used as arrow keys.

Question 2

Keyborad backlights will auto glow when powered up?

Yes,when powered on the keyboard and mouse lights turn on. There is a button to turn the lights off on the keyboard, however the lights on the mouse stay on while the machine is powered on.

If the computer is in sleep mode, the mouse light will stay on, but the keyboard will turn off.

Question 3

That KB have a "shift+keys"bug?
ex. often I press left shift+T didnt work but repeat press then work (sometimes)
Left or Right shift+"x"/"t"/"6"/"2" often have same problem

I have not had that issue.  I type with this keyboard a lot and my game uses left shift r and left shift t all the time.  Might need to get a replacement.

Is this keyboard mechanical? That would seal the deal most likely.

It is not but according to the Thermaltake website the keys and a few others can be upgrade to mechanical.  The keyboard itself sounds like a mechanical keyboard and feels as such.

Yes. Very mechanical and loud. Keys work fine for the 3 months I have used it.
