Will this keyboard work with Mac OsX? (Specifically Mavericks)

It should work with any system that has a usb or ps/2 port. I have it working on osx mavericks and its fine.

Question 2

Does this have Cherry MX switches?  Look closely.  Usually it will be displayed quite obviously on packaging.  The product specs say the "mechanical keys give tactile and audible feedback."  I'd bet my bottom dollar that these are knockoffs.  Not that they necessarlily don't perform well.

Also, cherry keys I believe are rated for 50M keystrokes, not 20M.

Can't say for sure that they are or are not Cherry MX switches.  The product packaging was discarded long ago, and the keyboard itself quit about a year ago.  Further, the included USB hub never did work right.  I clearly would NOT recommend this product

Yes. The Adesso MKB-135B Mechanical Keyboard comes with CherryMX Blue Switches, which are the common "mechanical keyboard sound" (that loud click)
