Would this keyboard support Linux System?

Linux should support just about any keyboard that can physically connect to the computer.  That being said this one will work out of the box without any real customization necessary.

Does this support Windows 8?

It *should*

I say should because I have two Rosewill's: a cherry mx blue for home and a cherry mx brown for work.

I only use the brown on my work computer which is Windows 7.

I use the blue at home on Windows 8.

Considering the keyboards are essentially identical, I don't think you'll have any problems with Windows 8.

Question 3

Does this keyboard use PCB-mounted or Plate-mounted switches?

The individual switches are snapped into a metal plate and then the whole thing is wave soldered onto the PCB. I think it would be fairly difficult to remove one of the switches without unsoldering the entire PCB to access the tabs that hold it to the metal plate. And quite impossible to remove any of the wider keys like shift/enter/backspace without desoldering the whole thing because of the tabs that attach it to the plate. The key caps just slide off with no problem.
