Is both the keyboard AND THE MOUSE compatible with a Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 at the same time?

This keyboard will work with any device that has Bluetooth connectivity. I have a Galaxy S4 with a broken screen connected to my TV as a streaming device (using a Samsung MHL device) paired with this keyboard and it works flawlessly. If there's any gripe I have, it would be that the track pad is EXTRA sensitive. Often when I touch the pad to bring up the cursor, it will open the Contacts app. This happens quite frequently, but I can live with that issue. Your "right click" is handled with the "Fn" + "Z" keys. I highly recommend this keyboard if for nothing else, but the price. Other comparable keyboards are twice the priice.

What Android operating systems do the Roswill portable keyboards work with?

Not recommended. Battery dies within 2 days with small usage. Keys are don't correspond with android keyboard (example: enter will do something else but submit).

Is touch pad compat. with the ipad 2?

The Rosewill web page for the keyboard states:

"Support for smartphone and tablet (*Apple iOS will not support touchpad mouse function)"

If you want a keyboard for an iPad you probably want to get one combined with a folio case.

Does this touch pad have the ability to use the "right click" mouse functionally?

On Windows 8 tablet, Yes. Two finger tap on the track pad acts as a right click.  There are no "Mouse Buttons" it is all tap to click.

what is the overall size of board?

14.5" x 5" x 1"  there is a battery compartment in the back that is about 1" thick but the front of the keyboard is much thinner and sits about 3/8" high so the keyboard is at an angle.

Does the touchpad have clickable mouse buttons at the bottom for being able to hold in the mouse button for highlighting?

No. It's a pad only. If you double tap and hold, it works like what you're asking.
