Do the keys have a loud click to them? Or is it nice and quiet? That will be the deciding factor for me, on this.

This keyboard with Cherry brown switches is technically tactile non clicker type keys. None of the Cherry mechanical switches are silent really but the brown switch keys are typically quieter than the blue switch keys by far. Depends on the users keystroke also.

Does the LED programming software have Linux support?

I didn't know it had programming software. I thought one of the nice things about this keyboard is that everything can be done with the keys themselves (in hardware, that is) by pressing various key sequences. Therefore, it works great with Linux, although I haven't done any custom programming of it.

2 questions: How do you program each key for a different color? How many colors does this keyboard make (16.4M)?

You can't program each individual key for a different color. It has a number of preset lighting styles that you can cycle through. You can set the color you want the keyboard to light up for each lighting style or use the random settings. There are 10 light levels for each color (1-9 and off) so overall the keyboard can produce ~10,000 colors.
