Is this monitor set up to be wall mounted? I cant see if there are the 4 mounting points on the back

I do not see any place to hang the monitor from on the back. I don't think it would work that easily. You would likely have to either purchase a separate bracket or place it on a shelf. Hope that helps.

Question 2

Is this a 120Hz 1080p monitor?

Very few monitors are 120 hz. That frequency is for entertainment in large format displays, such as 45 inch and larger. Those displays are not designed to be at arms length such as a desk or such. They are for living room type of environments. Check it out by sitting 3 feet from a large screen and you will understand why that frequency is a problem for your eyes that close.

Question 3

The horizontal measurement is listed as 20". Other brands, such as the Dell 24" are listed as 22" plus. It seems that  the ratios are the same, but why such a big difference in width?

The measurements are of diagonal not strait horizontal and vertical. To be a 24 inch monitor the length and height must be so that the diagonal measurement must come to 24 inches. Most of the models available are of a leaser height and greater width. This model is of the newer standards such as for 1080 and higher. The lower height units will never do the newer formats correctly.
