Yes, we are using with a Surface Pro 4 connected through the microsoft docking station for the Surface Pro 4. It works very well and the monitor is great.

The stand dose not support portrait orientation.  The monitor will not auto orient to portrait.

Will gaming look bad on this monitor? 
My wife wants touch screen for office related apps but I would use it for some of that and for some gaming as well. Wanted both worlds into one.

It's not bad for gaming. We've played wizard 101 on it, which is pretty graphics intensive. The sound isn't the best on this monitor, tho, separate speakers are necessary

The display will work with any HDMI output, MAC is not compatible with touch screen control.
