Would this monitor be good for gaming? I mainly play World of Warcraft,BF4,CS:GO and other adventure single player games. There bad lag with this or ghosting?

Hello Brooks! I, too, am a WoW player, and I have never witnessed any ghosting. I also have not noticed any substantial input lag, but I don't play shooters; someone who's more concerned about timing and precision might detect something I haven't.

Does this monitor work with windows 10?  I have not been able to get mine to work with a Windows 10 laptop and see that it's only been certified for 7 and 8...

Mine works with Windows10. Have you upgraded your graphics drivers? Have you configured your laptop multi-monitor settings correctly?

Does this monitor display 1080p well?

It can display 1080p, but 1440p is the native resolution. If you want to display in 1080p, I'd suggest looking into getting a display where that is the native resolution.

I hear the Input lag is bad for gaming on this monitor is that true ??

4ms unless you want to be one of those I'm MLG got to have 1ms response time or its garbage type. Overall it's a great screen.

Question 6

How tall is this monitor when it is lowered to the lowest setting on the stand? I only about 21" of clearance on my desk.

If you're considering buying a monitor that cost 5-10x what your desk is worth, I'd consider getting a new desk before I'd ignore an opportunity to enhance the ergonomics (comfort) and pleasure for which the desk was being used, ergo, as a platform for my computer. Consider the ergonomics of your scenario first.

Question 7

when Windows turns off the displays after 10 mins, this monitor (using either HDMI or DVI) intermittently flashes a blue screen and says "no signal detected".  THe other monitor that's connected does not.  BENQ replaced it but the new one does the same.  Anyone know what could be the issue?  Literaly no other monitor does this.

Hi R5, this is a known issue with all of this model of monitor.  The upside is: it's a really spectacular monitor for the price point and I hope it doesn't dissuade you from BenQ as a company. The monitor itself shouldn't give you any issues other than this particular grievance (mine does the same) but it has listed me for two years with zero other conplications. Small price to pay for a quality product that has far more pros than cons.

I need help. I used amd radeon 6670 hd graphic card and used hdmi and I couldn't to get result 1440p?

To get the most out of these monitors you should use a graphics card that has display port connections.  HDMI is not as good as display port.  I don't know about radeon cards.  I use GTX 1080 ti.

Does the screen rotate in the vertical orientation?

How many of you guys are getting black light bleed?

Back light bleed is very common on ips displays, some more than others. Mine does have a decent amount of back light bleed but I'd still highly recommend this monitor.  I've found that if I have a small light on my desk or keep the lights on in the room, it's not as apparent and better for your eyes.
