Is there a ceiling mount for this and the picture display is not upside down?

The projector can flip the image upside down or/and left to right for any kind of mounting. I use a universal ceiling mount (https://m.newegg.com/Product/index?itemnumber=9SIA29N3UW9395) with mine. You can do ceiling mount, back lit screen mount, etc... with this projector.

can i connect it with my bluetooth speaker?

You can buy a Bluetooth transceiver or transmitter Ann's plug it into the audio port in the back of the projector. It is a small device about the size and shape of a matchbook. You can then sync it to your Bluetooth headphones pretty easily. Anker makes a good one that works well and is inexpensive. The projector has its own internal speaker, so Bluetooth is needed only for wireless headphones.

Ok, picture this with me: The wall that has my TV/Receiver/5 gaming consoles and gaming PC on it currently, is the wall that I would want my projection displayed on if/when I buy a projector, rather than a TV, which is what I do plan to do, hopefully sooner than later---So...
...the question is: is it better to swap all of my hardware to the wall where I would be sitting, and then just be running my 2 front channel speakers across the room, or is the prefered way of setting it up, be to leave the hardware on the wall where the picture would be displayed, and run super long optical cables across the room?

Obviously, it would be MUCH more cost efficient to set up all of my hardware on the projector wall, but is that the way that people usually do?

I agree with setting up everything on the wall except the projector on the wall, if the following is true:
1. You can connect the projector to the hardware via HDMI cable. That would make a pretty elegant arrangement since that single thin cable (which can be quite long) gives you both video and audio. 
2. You have a learning remote that can control your hardware and your projector.
3. You can get your audio from your sources into your amplifier without having to go through the projector, so you don't need to run audio cables back from the projector.

In my case, I have everything in one spot because I have a good place on my bureau in my bedroom, where the projector is connected to TiVo (which is connected to my cable modem) and to my DVD player, and separately to a small stereo are connected to my cable modem. My DVD player does Blu-Ray and has built-in wifi giving me the channels I would otherwise need a Roku or equivalent for. The only cable across the floor is the cable to each speaker from the stereo, running along the baseboard. This setup takes very little space, which I like in my bedroom. I feed the audio into the stereo from the projector, so I don't have to change anything when switching the source from the TiVo to the DVD player and back again. (I have an HDMI switch that switches to whichever source is feeding a video signal.) I can also use the audio port on the projector to feed a Bluetooth broadcaster so I can use my Bluetooth headphones for listening without making noise, to avoid disturbing others.

So there are two good setups taking advantage of the flexibility of the many ports this projector provides.
