Does the LG 2sum56-P 25this screen have an internal speaker?

No internal speaker.  It has a 3.5mm aux port which you can use for HDMI audio out to external speakers.  I don't use it though, because the quality wasn't great last time I used it.  Don't know if that's the monitor's fault, the video card I was using, or something else.

Does this monitor support windows 10?

A better way of saying it would be "Does Windows 10 support this monitor?" And yes, Windows 10 does support all kinds of monitors with nonstandard resolutions, including this one. It will also work as an extended desktop at its native resolution in a multiple monitor setup with no issues.

I'm using Windows 10 on it with no problem. All Windows apps I've tried will natively extend themselves to it with no issues, but some games may need a little manual tweaking of configuration files.

A disclaimer: The split screen software included (that allows you to use the display as if it were up to 4 separate monitors) is advertised on the manufacturer's website as only working in Windows 7/8 and Mac OSX. I have not installed this software on my Windows 10 machine using this monitor, so I don't know that it will work as intended. If this functionality is necessary, you might consider contacting the manufacturer to see if support is/will be offered. But the monitor itself works fine.

Question 3

Does it support HDMI inputs only? Or does it support DVI, display port etc.?

Also, can you pull 60Hz with HDMI on this monitor?

It has 2 HDMI ports.  No DVI, and no display port, although I did use an active display port to HDMI adapter to use on this monitor, and it works like a charm.

60Hz is the only available refresh rate in the monitor properties.

I've owned this monitor for a good bit now, and I haven't noticed any flickering in normal use or in gaming, I think you'll be fine.

Is this ideal for photo editing?

I Just started using it for photo editing actually. 
The resolution itself is passable for it but where this screen is amazing is when multitasking, which I do a lot of while photo editing. I would say for that reason its great for photo editing. 
So in a simple Answer: Absolutely yes for the price.

It's a little over kill for a console because it's a long monitor. Plus it doesn't come with speakers so you will have to get some. It is an awesome monitor besides that. It looks beautiful and I'm very glad with buying it.

Newegg asked me to answer your question because I bought this item - I also returned it because, while it's 25" on the diagonal it's also ULTRA wide. The net result is that the vertical dimension of the viewable area is only ABOUT 9.71" vertical by 23.03" horizontal (calculated from the 2560x1080 recommended resolution and assuming square pixels), a fact conveniently missing from the specifications.

Since I returned the item unopened, I can't answer your question about rotating the screen, but reading some of the reviews I note that it does not even tilt, just moves up/down, so I'd be surprised if it rotated. On the other hand, it has a VESA mount pattern (75mm x 75mm) so *IF*you can find a compatible stand you can just bolt it on in any 90 degree orientation.

What is the vertical x horizontal size (in) of this 21:9 screen? I've only owned 16:9, is this wide screen difficult to get used to?

As mentioned in a previous Q&A the viewing size is about 9.71" vertical by 23.03" horizontal. I made the switch to 21:9 from 16:9 and it was fairly easy to go from one to the other. However, you may find that you require some time to adjust to the new size and movement on a larger screen, but in all, it is very easy to make the switch. I did not have this exact monitor but have an Acer Predator X34 which is 21:9, 3440 x 1440p. For me, it is a nice monitor for watching movies and doing other things aside from gaming. If you plan to do work of any nature on this monitor it is great for multitasking since you can, in theory, have more information on your screen. Also great for movies, but some movies or TV shows don't support 21:9. In all, if you want something for work or watching any entertainment then this monitor is good for that. For gaming, these 21:9 monitors are good for non-competitive games, though it could work. For competitive games, I would suggest a 16:9 monitor with a higher refresh rate, such as 144Hz.
