Will this work well with an Xbox one?

It is a monitor, not a television.  But if you use an HDMI connector, I wouldn't see why it wouldn't work.  But don't rely on the onboard speakers for your sound.  They are less than adequate.

Can you raise and lower the monitor on its stand (height wise) or is the stand tilt only?

Is this monitor 120 hertz?

Don't know the refresh rate, but this is not a TV, and most low end computer monitors have a refresh rate around 60 hz, I am not using this for video games or watching action movies , so a fast refresh rate is not an issue.

Does this monitor have connections on the back for wall mounting?

Yes, this monitor does have the standard connection on the back to mount it on a multi-monitor stand or even mounting it to a wall. For wall mounting, you will need the adapter for the VESA mount. Some wall mount bracket kits come with the adapter, but you might want to make sure it is included in the package that you are getting.

what is the height?

From the desktop,  it's 16.250" to the very top of the monitor.  This is a very nice monitor.  I have had no problems with it at all.

This monitor says "Analog RGB" under Input Video Compatibility, but it does not mention VGA under "Connectors".  Does it have VGA connection capatility?

Does this monitor allow speakers to be plugged into it? If so what is the port? And how do I know that the speakers I buy will work for it, what should I look for?

I set one up for my brother so he could switch between his computer and his PS3 and it seems to work fine. The monitor has an audio in and an audio out, I plugged them in wrong at first so just make sure you're plugging in to the right one. The size is 3.5mm I think and I just plugged my brothers 2.1 computer speakers into it and they seem to work fine.

Is this monitor have 120 hertz motion control? Also I would like to see a full spec sheet?

A web search has some spec sheets... You get 120Hz @1900x1200 only if you use the included double DVI connector. 
I use the nvivia 3D package. You can adjust the depth of the 3D image among other things.

Could anybody tell me how far this monitor stands off the desk while mounted on the stand?

2 3/4" from bottom of stand to bottom of bezel. Clearance is a little less due to the buttons sticking down about 1/4". The stand is not adjustable.
