I got Dell u2419hx and tried to connect through Display USB 3.0 cable which came in the box. But failed to connect to monitor, HDMI works fine. Please help?

Hello there, Thank you for contacting us in regards to your question. The Dell UltraSharp monitor's USB ports would act like a USB hub to add extra USB ports for the desktop. It does not function or act as a display cable the cable included is the USB 3.0 upstream cable. This cable would allow the other ports on the monitor act like more USB ports for the desktop.
