Does this come with an HDMI cable?

Mine did not. If you do not already have one, I would add an HDMI cable to your order just to be sure you have everything you need when your monitor arrives.

does this monitor have built in speakers if so mine wont work how to fix this?

I am pretty sure that there are no speakers in this monitor. I have not tested. Asus did not list any in its specs either. Its confusing, because being connected with an HDMI cable, it shows up as an audio output device anyway.

Is this monitor glossy or matte?

The monitor has a non-glare screen.

Why does this say it supports G-sync, the Asus website lists FreeSync but doesn't mention support for G-sync?

The product supports both Adaptive-Sync with NVIDIA G-SYNC and AMD FreeSync. It is compatible with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 10 series, GTX 16 series, RTX 20 series and newer graphics cards.

does this monitor come with the stand?

Yes, like that shown. A small post. It doesn't change height though - only swivels up and down, side to side a few degrees. I used it with a 100mm mount for a multi-monitor tree.
