I have a GTX 1050 ti and I want to use this monitor can I use the monitor but not use the free-sync?

Yes you can. You will not have any issues using with this monitor with an Nvidia card. You can still use the 60hz/120hz/144hz rates without any issues.

I haven't run any 4K programming on this monitor, but the colors are amazing. The resolution is very impressive as well. In my opinion it was worth every dollar.

Does this come with a Display cable or HDMI? Which cable do I need to get the 144hz?

It comes with a display port cable and that's the one you need to run 144hz, and keep in mind the monitor is set to 60hz as default so you'll have to change that when it's set up.

What is the difference between g-sync and free sync?

they are both features which increase smoothness and eliminate screen tears. However, G-sync is supported by Nvidia Graphics cards and freesync is supported by AMD. I run an Nvidia graphics card with my optix, so freesync is not available to me unless I get an AMD graphics card. Even so without freesync enabled everything runs great and I do not experience screen tears and roughness anymore.

I actually am not sure. I personally use either an app called f.lux at times, but mostly I use my pair of prescription Blutech glasses - both of which will affect color perception.

Displayport is 1.2.  HDMI is 1.4

Does it work smoothly with the PlayStation 4 Pro or are there any issues with input or connectivity lag?

Depending on the hookups, and what kind of HDMI to DisplayPort cable you have, you shouldn't have any issue. However, this monitor will be wasted on you. Consoles don't go over 60 Frames, (60Hz), and many games don't even hit that cap. So spending the money on a 144Hz monitor would be a waste. If you're getting it for console gaming, either just get a TV, or save your money and buy a 60Hz Monitor by ASUS or something.

Is this the version with the LEDs?

If you are referring to RGB it does not have that. That said I have had a great experience with said monitor. It runs flawless.  The quality is perfect, with that said the draw back is no adjustable height. That aside it is great for the price. You wont regret it but no on the RGB lights.
