Will this work with my GTX 1060?

You should check the specs on your model of 1060, but I don't know why it would not support the monitor.  I have three of them hanging off a 1080ti for a flight simulator and they work fine though I am using them at a lower res for the time being in the simulator.  I was planning ahead for the future hence the reason for buying just a bit more than I needed at the time.

Is anyone having issues with the Display Port for this not working with any cables being plugged into it?

I ended up having trouble with one of my monitors but, ended up fixing it somehow by spraying compressed air into the slot and making sure the cable was plugged in completely. Don't know if this helps but, that is what helped me.

does this monitor have built in speakers?

No. It has audio pass through for the headphone jack but it does not have it's own speakers or audio controls.

How much input lag does it have?

not sure what input lag is, has 1ms response, no lag at all from what i can tell

Does anyone know if you can disable the RGB lights?

You can turn off RGB lights either from OSD or MSI utility software. It is very simple and quick.

Any idea if they have the same specs without the RGB? I don't want to pay for something I won't use.

I don’t use it either, I was just concerned with the specs. At this price range and at this time, I’d be surprised to see a monitor that DOESN’T include RGB in some aspect. MSI brand especially. Other than that, I’ve been nothing but pleased with this monitor. A little tweaking is needed out of the box, but it’s a great buy for the price.

What is the height of the monitor when it's at it's lowest height setting?

Height of the monitor on the stand is 17 1/2" at the lowest height setting. Hope this helps!

Does this monitor have vesa standard mounting?

Has 100x100 I believe, you will need spacers more than likely depending on your mount attachment.

Is the stand removable or able to be disassembled? I really like this monitor but the black and red ruins my rigs aesthetic. I would either want to replace the stand or disassemble it to repaint the red hinge

You can easily detach Stand assembly with just click of a button from back of the monitor. Stand itself is highly adjustable for any position.

Is this Gsync?

No but it does support AMD FREESYNC.I am using this monitor with TITAN XP and works like charm in FPS games.
