No, the monitor comes with an HDMI 2.0 cable, but you'd still need to grab a displayport cable to get to 144 Hz.

While on google I noticed that this monitor has an HDMI port, a display port, and a DVI port. I understand that if I were to use an HDMI port,  I would only be able to get to 120 Hz. Would I be able to get to 144 Hz by using a DVI to HDMI cable?

Hello,

Unfortunately that would not be possible since the HDMI port will limit the refresh rate despite using DVI as the source signal.  DVI to DisplayPort will likely be much better but I personally would recommend just using DisplayPort altogether if you wanted to achieve 144Hz refresh rate.  Hope this helps!

Will the screen tear if you use xbox or playstation consoles with this monitor?

This monitor will definitely have no problem with screen tearing on xbox or playstation. That would only happen if the speed of the system exceeded the speed of the monitor, most consoles only run at 60hz, and this can run up to 144 hz. So there shouldnt be any problem with the refresh rate.

For use with the XBox One X's Freesync/Adaptive Sync capabilities, the monitor would need to support Freesync over HDMI. This monitor is not validated for this spec. In order to utilize the full 144hz refresh rate, a DisplayPort cable will be required as even HDMI 2.0 will only be able to reach 1080p @ 120hz.
