No, and that was a plus for me. IN my experience, built-in speakers on monitors are absolutely garbage and only end-up adding unnecessary cost.

since this monitor doesn't have its own speakers, would a speaker that has a 3.5 mm jack work with this monitor or is it only for headsets?
