Can I put  these monitors on this stand

Two monitors Acer S241HLbmid Black 24, 
and 
one Dell 2408WFP 24" monitor?

Yes, you should have no problem fitting those monitors on this stand - the bar is longer than you would need for thin-bezels like those.  You will want to know that the relative height of the monitors is not adjustable (only within a fraction of an inch) so you will definitely notice the Dell sitting higher or lower than the Acers - only a big issue if you will be using for eyefinity.

Question 2

This is just to clarify but I am assuming the two outer monitor mounts can be adjusted depending on if I want my monitors horizontal or vertical? Also I plan on putting three 24" monitors on this mount is it able to handle the wait without sagging?

Yes, you can mount monitors horizontally or vertically (they just rotate once mounted to the main support bar). This mount can also handle 24" monitors. I currently have three 24" (non-LED) monitors mounted with slight sagging. The height of each monitor can be adjusted independently to help with this as well. Mine are all within 1/8" height of each other.

I will forewarn that there is little curvature to the stand and as a result the monitors are spread fairly far apart rather than wrapping around you more. Two people in my office actually gave this stand up because of this issue.

All in all this is a solid stand, but it's not 100% ideal. I searched for a while, but couldn't really find better for the price. If you're okay with how little curvature there is, then I believe you will be happy with the stand.

Question 3

Can the end supports be angled inward as the photo looks like each monitor would be in parallel? In other words can you close in each of the outside monitors for a enclosure feeling for better gaming viewing?

The actual bar itself can not be angled anymore. It does have a slight curve to it already, so the monitors will not be flat next to each other like they would be on a wall. You can angle the side monitors in more with the hinge they attach to the stand with but I would be hesitant to do so. If you angled the side monitors for a greater angle, the end that meets the center monitor will be behind it and it will give the impression of the center monitor being 2 inches in front of the side monitors.

So the short answer is, no. The bar you attach it to really only offers one alignment if you want them to touch bezel to bezel. I can be angled up and down depending on your height, chair, and preference.
