Would this work on a 32 inch tv ?

James M.  I found this product to be very solid and probably would exceed the manufacturers specs from a max load perspective.  However I have found as the monitors and TVs get larger the spacing of the mounts gets larger as well.  I suspect the mounting holes on this unit will be closer together than required to attach your 32 inch TV.

Question 2

will there be enough room to connect for power and HDMI cable that stick straight out the back of 27 monitor?

Thickness/width of my bracket at top is 3" and at bottom is 2" (tilted position).  Power should fit.  If the HDMI cable end is one of the larger types and does not fit, they make 90 degree HDMI adapters to turn straight end into 90 end.  Other option would be to make a spacer between wall and bracket out of wood to a thickness that fits your application and paint it black.

Question 3

Instead of swivel mounts, I'd like to get these but mount them sideways (left and right monitors in a triple monitor wall setup) for a horizontal tilt instead of a vertical tilt. This way I can angle the outside monitors inwards a bit. The mounting holes all seem to be symmetrical, so any reason this would not work for what I'm going for?

It will work, however your outermost monitors will not be 100% flush with the bezel of the middle monitor. I would recommend making a shim to place between the wall mount and the wall at the thickness you need  to pull them away from the wall slightly. I'm thinking that the thickness would only be 1/4" or so. You should be able to find out that thickness by simply mounting these to the back of the monitors, and laying all 3 on a flat table.

Question 4

I want to get one of these to mount a monitor to my CM Storm Scout 2 computer case to use as a badass L.A.N rig, do you guys think it would work?

I think it absolutely would. It is very minimalistic so that is a huge benefit. Depending on where your dvi/hdmi connection is you may need an adapter if it points straight back.

Question 5

I plan on using two of these side-by-side.  Do they click on or slide on so that minimal access is needed to adjust tilt when the monitor is connected and hanging?

I bought two and also used them side by side. It was a little tricky to tighten the inside screws as they do slide on, but if you can pre-tighten them so that there's a little resistance when you do slide them on that works well. Then I'd recommend a small screwdriver if you need to make any adjustments. 
I didn't really have too much trouble installing them.
