will this auto connect to my Lenovo Windows 8.1?

This is just a monitor stand for three monitors. The monitors themselves would connect to the computer.

I want to mount 3 - 17" monitors and need to know if this triple stand will hold that size monitor?

Yes we have this stand and it holds 3 19" monitors. The attachments for the monitors move back & forth to accommodate different size monitors. I am not sure how big you can go but we do 19" monitors and still have a few inches on each end for more movement out. Very good montitor stands the only ones we buy.
