I have ordered these and they did have the UL certification.  As a side note, I have ordered no less than 30 of these and never had a defective part or a problem.

For the ELO 1939L monitor, their website specifies power supply E348315.  Why the discrepancy?

I have one of the 5277 and it seems to fit sloppy,  but it does power the display up.  Almost like the tip is too long and too skinny.

Hello,

The Elo 1928L requires a coaxial power jack.

2.5 mm pin diameter, 6.3 mm barrel diameter, 9.5 mm barrel length

The Elo Power Brick E005277 fits their open frame monitors that also requires a coaxial power jack of a different size.

2.0 mm pin diameter, 6.4 mm barrel diameter, 8.8 mm barrel length

I suggest searching using these specifications to find an aftermarket product.

2.5 mm pin diameter
6.3 mm barrel diameter
9.5 mm barrel length
