Does this have independent toe brake axes?

If you mean does each pedal have its own brake by pressing the toe, yes. Each pedal rotates independantly of the other. The pedals obivously slide synced to eachother for the rudder operation.

Basically you can press the right pedal with your toe and apply right brake, while not braking with the left, or any combination.

Question 2

Will this product totally not work on windows 7 64bit? What about compatibility mode? Trying to by rudders for my son who plays flight simulator constantly.

They work on my system, which is running on windows 7 64bit.

I'm using them with Condor glider simulation software. The work great for me with that software.

Make sure you go to the Mad Catz website and download and install the latest drivers. The one's that Windows 7 installs may not be the best drivers.
