Am I having mouse problem? I have to click my Logitech m505 mouse up to 6 times just to change screens. Sometimes when I click on my dropdown "favorites" button I get the website down below the website I clicked on. I have installed new batteries in the mouse but nothing changes. Need a new mouse?

May be a solution.--Customer Service at Logitech says: "Take out the batteries, turn it ON, and hold both buttons for 20 seconds to "reset" the mouse." Another place on Logitech I found a mouse owner who says "in a dry climate the mouse picks up an "electro static charge" over time". "So just blow your breath into the left mouse button several time to dissipate the static charge" (I try to hold up the button at the front left side with my fingernail so more moist air can enter). Sounds odd, But it worked for me. Now I can single click, and achieve the results I want. Has worked for 3 days so far. My mouse is 5 years old. I'll just keep huffin and puffin as long as it works. Then maybe a new mouse. Gerald
