Does it have a usb ?

No, it has a normal 3.5 mm audio cord but it comes with a mic and audio splitter. If your trying to use it for and Xbox or PlayStation then you can get the headphones, but I think you need to also buy a kit with other cords to connect the headset to the console

Can this headset work with a telephone?

The jack on the headset is a 3.5 mm jack, the size for using it on a computer. I believe that most phones with a port for a headset to be plugged in have a 2.5 mm jack, the same size of Xbox 360 headsets. So because of that, I don't think this would work with phones, unless you buy a 3.5mm to 2.5mm converter, which might work.

Are these surround ? 5.1 or 7.1 ? or just stero ?

Headphones only contain 2 speakers and can therefore NEVER provide 5.1 or 7.1 surround sound.  You must have 6 speakers (for 5.1) or 8 speakers (for 7.1) for true surround sound.  That said, your computer software and hardware MAY be capable of creating a pseudo-surround sound environment.  The audio performance of these headphones is excellent, highly detailed and nuanced.  If your system is up to creating a pseudo-surround sound environment for 2-channel audio, then these headphones won't disappoint you!

Why would you pay that much for a stereo headset with a 3.5mm connector? You can get a good surround sound USB headset for half the price.
