Question 1

I have a couple of questions about this product.

1) My desktop computer is an iMac desktop with 2.33 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo Processor running MacOS X version 10.7.5. Memory 3 GB 667 MHz DDR2 DSRAM. Is this headset product compatible with my desktop computer?

2) My laptop computer is a MacBook Air, 11inch, (Mid 2011) with a 1.6GHz Intel Core i5 Processor, Memory 4 GB 1333MHz DDR3. Is this headset processor compatible with this laptop computer?

3) Does this headset product connect to computers using a USB port?

4) Is this headset "wireless"? Or can/ must it be connected to a computer via a cord?

1. Yes 2. Yes 3. It *can* if you have a 3.5 mm to USB adapter. They are cheap and allow you to plug both the mic and headphone plugs into the adapter then the adapter into a USB port. Your OS should be able to handle the drivers. Make sure you find one compatible with Mac OS X. But that would allow a USB connection if thats what you needed. 4. It is not wireless by any stretch. Its completely wired.

Question 2

Why is it scratched up on the pictures?  Does it scratch that easy?  Zoomed in, there are scratch marks on every single one.

The plastic is shiny, but I don't have any scratches on mine.  Maybe it's reflections in the images, not scratches?  They sound pretty good too.  It's a good purchase.
