Does this have a single 3/5 mm connector that would fit a phone, or split speaker/mic connectors for a PC?

They are split with the headphone and mic connectors. Pink and green I believe.

Is this headset mac compatible e.g., does it have the tip, two-ring, sleeve plug that fits Mac computers and tablets?

It has two 3-contact plugs and works with MacBook1,1-4,1 and MacBookPro1,1. For use with iPhone you would need a splitter from "4-contact slim plug" to "dual 3-contact socket".

Does this headset have an adjustable volumn control?

It has adjustable volume and a mute switch for the mic.
