Will the Astro A30 work on the XBOX 1, the PS4, XBOX 360 and the PS3?

They are super uncomfortable. Not worth it imo

does this work on the ps3?

These only work on pc not xbox or ps3 as the add suggest. If you want to purchase for your pc thy are ok i guess but dont make the same mistake i did cause thats all you can use them for.
