Is the bottom tray (not bypass) able to be set up for 11 x 17 inch paper?

Yes the bottom tray can be set up for 11x17. It doesn't have two trays though so you have to swap back and forth 11x17 and letter which is not that big of deal for me. Love the printer, prints fast, great color and quality. You do need to make sure the printer is on a firm surface or the bottom tray can hang up a little. Also, the printer weighs 86 Lbs! So it takes two people to move it around.

Can I use 11x17 paper?

Yes. The bottom tray (2) holds 11x17. You can also then place 8 1/2 x 11 in the manual feed tray off to the side and have two types of paper

The specs makes it look like it comes with 2 tryas, but it only came with one??

There is 1 paper tray. I guess HP considers the manual feed to be a 2nd tray.

Does this printer come with the 4 toner cartridges?

pre-installed black (~7000 pages) and cyan, magenta, and yellow (~7300 pages) HP Color LaserJet print cartridges with HP ColorSphere toner.
