As long as you have a PCI slot available, it should work. It comes with a low profile bracket if you need it.  The driver disk should have the correct driver for your operating system.  I installed this into my cousin's computer and it is working fine (their system is an HP small form factor desktop).

I used it on Windows XP. , So I am not sure. Have you used google to search for drivers for card? That is what I suggest. 
Overall, I was not very satisfied with the product in my installation. Got it to work, but had to work with it more than I should of.

Windows 7 upgrade from XP appears to disable recording on VIA mother board audio.

ASUS on board and plug in cards from others appear to have same problems. Doe this work with Windows 7 64 Bi t computers?

I always look in the specs concerning the card before buying. You want to make sure it says that it works with Windows (whatever). (The version you are working with) . If not listed. Choose another card. 
I used this card, but used with Windows XP, worked great. No Problem.

It sure does!!  In fact, I dual-boot with Ubuntu 16.04 (I'm on that right now) & it works with BOTH of them JUST GREAT!!  The Star Tech is a FINE value for the price...

It is compatible. I installed it on Win 10 pro. Download the drivers from the manufactures website. The drivers on the included CD don't work.

Microphone In, quality & performance question: Dear fellow eggheads, can anyone speak to the quality of the Microphone quality? The card is so small that I am concerned there will be electronic noise (electrical hum) when using this with a headset. Can anyone advise me as to the "recording" quality? (In this use, it'd be like telecommuting.)

I've installed this card in a customer's machine who uses Dragon for dictation.  The Dragon application says that the audio quality is poor from the Microphone, however the program still works to the customer's satisfaction.  It's clearly not the mic as it is part of a high end gaming headset.  If you are going to be using it all day everyday, I would upgrade to a higher quality board.  Just my opinion.

I have it in a Dell Optiplex 750 slim. It fits great and comes with the low profile bracket. It might not fit in an ultra slim, but I doubt those even have expansion slots.
