Yes it does. I was pretty happy with it.

after buying, does it need to renew regularly?

Yes, this is the subscription price for one year from the date of activation. You can set the software to remind you when it needs to be renewed or to auto renew annually. My experience after 25 years in IT is that Norton Symantec is by far the easiest, most comprehensive and safest internet security system available.

Is Norton Utilities in this bundle for 12 months? When I downloaded the software it said it was a 30 day trail only?

I believe when you download Norton it will give you up to 30 days. you need to use the activation code to unlock the 365 days
