Will this work in Windows 10?

Try Libre Office. It's open software, it's free, and it's a comprehensive office suite that does pretty much everything and reads and writes pretty much every file format you should encounter. You'll be so impressed you might even want to make a donation. Just Google for "Libre Office".

I want the version downloaded from DVD. Is this the right product?

This is the version you get from Microsoft's web site, there is no DVD or disc.

will this replace microsoft OFFICE ?

it is a good alternative, however in the business world my experience shows most companies use/prefer Microsoft Office.
