Battlefield 1: Shortcut Kit: Scout Bundle is downloadable Xbox One DLC that unlocks the base-game Scout class’s primary weapons, sidearms, and gadgets for players who want access to those progression items without earning them through gameplay.
Recommended For
- Battlefield 1 Xbox One players who want immediate access to the Scout class’s base-game progression weapons, sidearms, and gadgets instead of unlocking them through play.
- Players who already enjoy the Scout role and want to try different base-game loadouts sooner, including rifle and gadget combinations for their preferred range or play style.
- Players who want to use Scout’s spotting tools and vary between long-range and more aggressive setups without waiting to unlock the class’s base-game progression items.
Real-World Use Scenarios
- A player who wants to use the Scout class without first earning its base-game progression items can redeem the kit to access the included Scout primary weapons, sidearms, and gadgets sooner; items already unlocked through play are not granted again.
- A player deciding which Scout rifle and sidearm suits their play style can try the included base-game options sooner, rather than unlocking those items one by one through class progression.
- A Scout player supporting a push on an objective can use the included gadgets to reveal nearby enemies, giving teammates more information as they approach contested ground.
- A player who prefers an aggressive Scout approach can access the included class gear sooner and experiment with closer-range positioning and gadgets instead of relying only on long-range sniping.
- A buyer expecting expansion or Battlepack items should note that this shortcut covers only eligible base-game Scout progression items; it does not include expansion content, Battlepack unlocks, or promotional items.
